J and J have known each other since she was 4 . . . he was the older brother of her best friend . . . 4 years ago they planned to marry, changed their minds, and changed their minds yet again . . .

love that is meant to be must be . . .

so at nearly 4 o’clock last Saturday, they said their “I do’s” . . . friends smilingly looked on; family smiled through tears; wine and beer poured as freely; food, music and dancing were just as plenty; joy and love wove through the celebration of J and J . . .

from the beautiful roses arranged by J’s mom, edible art handmade in an aunt’s kitchen, tear-inducing barbecued meats, Wedding Cake by Judy designed by the bride, to horseshoe embellishments on the cups

all the touches of love were there . . . but most of all the love between Jen and Jake
